Ingredients:


2/3 cup dates
2tb cacao
½ cup pumpkin seeds
2tb tahini
1 cup oats
½ teaspoon vanilla essence.


Method:


Blend ingredients in a food processor until combined. You may need to
add a touch of water if the mixture is too dry. Roll into balls, coat in
desiccated coconut if preferred. Refrigerate or freeze.
