How perfect are pear and dark chocolate together?
Bake my pear, dark chocolate and cinnamon loaf over the long weekend. It’s still cake but a slightly healthier version 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup wholemeal flour
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 pears, cubed (skin on)

Method:

1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Whisk eggs, oil, yoghurt
3. Add to dry ingredients
4. Fold through pear and chocolate.
5. Bake in lined loaf pan for 45 mins 180 degree oven.
